BILL CATANIA, FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & CEO

As chief executive officer of M·Dot, Bill Catania is responsible for leading the senior management team, strategic partnerships and the overall growth of the company.

Prior to M·Dot, Catania was the Director of Business Development for BENSUR Creative Marketing Group where he was responsible for all new business and product development for the company. While at BENSUR, Catania directed several key accounts, including Cott Beverages, Ralston Foods, Carriage House Companies and Country Fair Convenience stores. In 2007, Catania spearheaded the development of a web enabled digital asset management program which is set to roll-out globally in 2008.

While a Senior at Cornell University, Catania founded RaceFan, Inc., where he served as President of RaceFan Marketing until his departure in 2003. Under Catania’s leadership, RaceFan grew to become the leading online publisher for motorsports news and information, syndicating motorsports news and information to FOX Sports online and leading print publisher PRIMEDIA, while capturing over twenty million page views per month at its own site, RaceFan.com. Catania created the technology architecture and oversaw the development of RaceFan.com, as well as the acquisition of several online competitors, including WhoWon.com and Hotlaps.com.

Offline, RaceFan grew to become a marketing services pioneer in the field of motorsports, servicing over 500 race tracks across North America for clients such as Valvoline Corporation, Lincoln Electric and the United States Army.

Catania has authored two books, RaceQuest Marketing Manager and Turn-Key Sponsorship Programs, he is regularly published in motorsports enthusiast magazines and marketing trade publications.

Catania has a BS from Cornell University where he was a Cornell Tradition Scholar and Food Industry Marketing Fellow.

KEVIN SEEKER, FOUNDER, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

As chief operating officer of M·Dot, Kevin Seeker is responsible for all day-to-day operations, supply chain management and overseeing the technology infrastructure of the company.

Seeker is a telecommunications veteran with extensive experience in technology architecture and private label/consumer packaged goods marketing.

Prior to M·Dot, Seeker was the Account Director at BENSUR Creative Marketing Group, where he managed several key accounts, including Sprint Broadband, Kite Networks and Kaiser Aluminum.

From 2003 to 2005, Seeker was the Director of Marketing at GUAMCELL and SAIPANCELL Communications a wireless, long distance and Internet service provider operating in Guam, Saipan, and several other islands in Micronesia. In this role, Seeker managed marketing department staff and developed and launched new products and services including BREW, PTT, Prepaid Long Distance, DSL and MMS. Seeker has extensive experience in managing international carriers from USA, Japan, South Korea and Philippines to develop roaming, SMS, mobile banking, long distance products and roaming agreements. During his tenure at GUAMCELL, Seeker pioneered a handset rental program with Japanese travel agencies and launched pay-per-use Wi-Fi service programs with major hotels on the Islands. GUAMCELL was the first wireless carrier to launch BREW outside of the United States and the first international carrier to launch PTT over a CDMA 1RX Network.

Prior to his experience at GUAMCELL, Seeker held various top-level management positions for top national advertising agencies where he was responsible for overall marketing strategy and product development/differentiation.

From 2000 – 2002, Seeker was an Account Director at Doner Worldwide, the largest privately held Advertising Agency in the world. At Doner, Seeker managed the Teligent account, where he directed their repositioning by shifting from a marketing focus to a building-centric, on-network strategy.

While working for the Tombras Group between 1998 – 2000, Seeker was responsible for $18 Million in billings for SunCom (AT&T Wireless). Creating and launching the SunCom brand and opening more than 80 corporate owned retail stores. The company grew rapidly and was acquired by AT&T Wireless.

As Account Supervisor at the Maxwell Group, a Chicago based firm, Seeker was responsible for four key technology clients, including Ameritech Wireless Data Services, CenturyTel, GOOItech and CellularOne (Vanguard).

Seeker’s history of working on high-tech accounts originated in 1992 with the firm of Cranford Johnson Robinson and Woods, where he supervised the advertising for ALLTEL on a national basis: wireless, long distance, local telephone and Internet.

Seeker has a BA from Gannon University.

DAN BENSUR, FOUNDER, PRINCIPAL

Dan Bensur is the founder and principal of BENSUR Creative Marketing Group, an industry leading marketing firm that is regarded as the leading marketing firm in the United States for the development and marketing of private label products in the food and beverage industry. BENSUR Creative Marketing Group has been headquartered in Erie, Pennsylvania since its founding in 1990.

Since founding BENSUR Creative Marketing Group in 1990, Bensur has worked with some of the nation’s leading national food, beverage and industrial brands, including Ralston Foods, Cott Beverages, Major Peters Cocktail Mix, Carriage House Companies, Dean Foods, Kaiser Aluminum, Sprint Broadband, Kerry Food and Beverage, and E.D Smith companies.

In 2007, BENSUR Creative Marketing Group staked their claim as private label industry’s best with the brand development of Inked Energy Drink, an exclusive brand distributed chain-wide to over 7,000 7-Eleven convenience stores by client Cott Beverages. Dan Bensur is widely published in industry trade journals for his expertise on Spirit & Beverage marketing, as well as Private Label brand and promotion development, and is also a regular speaker at numerous industry trade shows, including the annual Nightclub & Bar show and the Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA).

In addition to managing the Agency, Bensur is a board member of the Erie City Water Authority and Erie Catholic Diocese Educational Board. He is also involved with both on-field and administrative activities of the Millcreek Youth Athletic Association and is a member of the Erie Advertising Club and the Private Label Manufacturers Association.

In 2005 he was named Ad Person of the Year by the Erie Advertising Club. He was also honored by the Chapel of Four Chaplains for community service. Bensur is very active in his community, having served as a part board member of the Erie Water Works, and actively serving as a member of the Board of Directors for each of the following organizations, Cathedral Preparatory School, The Erie Community Blood Bank and The United Way of Erie County. Bensur also currently serves as the Saint Luke Middle School Athletic Board Director.

Bensur earned both a BA and MBA from Gannon University.
